Data Deletion Instructions

We value your privacy. If you wish to revoke our access to your Google Business Profile or delete your data from the Janetics AI CRM, please follow the steps below.

Method 1: Revoke Access via Google Account (Recommended)

You can remove our app's access directly from your Google Account security settings at any time. This will instantly revoke our ability to fetch or reply to your Google reviews.

  1. Go to your Google Account's Third-party apps page:
    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Select Janetics Infoqom Software from the list of connected apps.
  3. Click on Remove Access.
  4. Once access is revoked, our CRM will immediately stop syncing with your Google Business Profile.

Method 2: Disconnect from Janetics Dashboard

You can also disconnect your account directly within our software:

  1. Log in to your Janetics AI CRM account.
  2. Navigate to the Review AI Dashboard.
  3. If your account is connected, you can request a disconnection or un-sync your profile.
  4. Upon disconnection, our system automatically deletes your OAuth tokens from our active database.

Method 3: Complete Manual Deletion Request

If you want to ensure a complete wipe of all your historical data, cached reviews, automated reply logs, and account details from the Janetics CRM servers, you can submit a manual data deletion request.

Please send an email from your registered email address to:

janeticsinfoqom@gmail.com

Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. Our technical team will process your request and permanently delete your data from our database within 48 hours, sending you a final confirmation email.
