• Google Account Data: When you connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth, we collect your email address, authentication tokens, and basic profile information to establish a secure connection.
• Google Business Profile Data: We fetch your live Google reviews, including reviewer names, star ratings, review text, and reply history to provide automated AI-generated responses.
• Identity & Contact Data: Includes first name, last name, username, email address, and WhatsApp numbers.
• Communication Data: Includes chat history and messages sent to our business pages to provide automated support.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal and business data strictly to provide and improve our SaaS services. Specifically:

• Google Reviews & AI Automation: To fetch incoming Google Business Profile reviews, process the text using our AI engine to determine sentiment, and publish automated, context-aware replies back to your Google Business Profile on your behalf.
• Customer Support: To provide automated customer support via our Omnichannel CRM system (WhatsApp, Meta).
• System Improvement: To monitor system analytics and improve our AI response accuracy. Your private review data is never used to train public foundational AI models.

3. Google API Services Disclosure

Janetics Infoqom Private Limited's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We strictly ensure that data fetched from Google APIs is only used to provide the core AI reputation management features and is never sold to third parties.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We use secure, encrypted database connections to store your authentication tokens (OAuth) and customer reviews. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your customers' data to any third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only processed through approved official APIs (Google, Meta).

You have full control over your data. You can disconnect your Google Business account from our CRM at any time, which will instantly revoke our API access. You have the right to request full deletion of your synced reviews, automated replies, and personal data from our servers.
